Devotion of Time and Sacrifice: The Makings of a Great Man


 


 

     Leaders are made, they are not born. Leaders become great not because of their power but, because of their ability to empower others.

   Effective leadership is not about making speeches or being liked; leadership is defined by result not attributes. I salute to you our dear President Rodrigo Roa Duterte for your unending love, support, and patience to your countrymen. The growth and development of people is because of a leader who is ready to do things right that could help the growth of his people. A quality of leader is reflected in the standards that you have. Every decision you make,you always look to the effect for your people if it’s a good thing to do or not. Whatever criticism that you are facing you always stand alone with confidence and courage to do the next things you feel right. Your a leader that gets the people to do the greatest thing, to add value to others. Your a type of a leader who admits their mistakes and humble enough. I hope that your service for your countrymen will always there throughout the years of your service. Your influence to give when someone seek for your help, the care and love for others, live authentically, continue to empower others, your management of hardship and continue to serve with humility. You’re a leader who is ready to die for your countrymen. I salute to you with all my heart, continue what you’ve started our dear President. 

    Wisdom is knowing what to do next, skill is knowing how to do it, and virtue is doing it. I know that some people my forget what you said, and what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.
