           “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
             Being prepared is very important in every moment.Having a knowledge about something is readiness. Drop, Cover, and Hold three words to remember, a three words to save life, three words to do, for us to be safe and secured for unforeseen and capriciousness catastrophic calamity. The three words are very familiar and we usually hear during lectures implemented by the National Disaster Risk Reduction for the earthquake drills.
            National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill is very essential to enhanced preparedness throughout a regular exercises that helps to educate every individual and ready them for a unpredictable happenings. This Government program is useful and mindful thing to strengthen mechanisms. This type of drills or exercises test the preparedness, responsiveness and the capability to do it. Students, residents and other individuals of a community helps this a lot. Performing the drop, cover and hold upon hearing a loud siren which is used as a sign or signal to start the drill. This exercise test the ability of readiness and responsiveness of everyone.
            “Practice makes Perfect” this three words also applies to anything that we could do it better and better.
              This drills is essential if we continue to develop and sustain this in the future. Being informed and having awareness is very important too. There are a lot of changes that we are experiencing this time, whether it is climate change or something, awareness and preparedness is very important. The unity also help us to grow to have a bright and shining tomorrow.
